Webmail is usually accessed by visiting http://yourdomain.com/webmail This type of URL makes use of ports, meaning this URL will be redirected to http://yourdomain.com:2095 If your network is blocking any of cPanel ports you will realized you are unable to access the webmail. In such situation switch to use webmail on port 80 by visiting http://webmail.yourdomain.com
